– Expected to perform independently and become an SME.

– Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.

– Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze user requirements. – Design and develop high-quality software solutions that meet business process and application requirements. – Code, test, and debug applications to ensure they function correctly and meet performance standards. – Collaborate with stakeholders to define application architecture and ensure scalability and reliability. – Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to coding standards. – Provide technical guidance and support to junior developers. – Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends to continuously improve software development practices.

– Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Kronos. – Strong understanding of software development principles and best practices. – Experience in designing and developing applications using Kronos.

– Knowledge of database management systems and SQL.

– Experience with web technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. – Familiarity with software development tools and frameworks.

– Good To Have Skills: Experience with Agile development methodologies.

– Experience with version control systems such as Git.

– Knowledge of cloud platforms and services. – Experience with automated testing frameworks. Additional Information: – The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Kronos. – This position is based at our Chennai office.

– A 15 years full-time education is required.
