Job Description:
 Work towards ‘error-free’ billing / right in first instance.
ï‚· Managing appointments, registrations of patients.
ï‚· Resolution of patient complaints pertaining to appointment / billing etc.
ï‚· Escalation to appropriate team for quick resolutions.
ï‚· Patient feedback.
 Usage of system / IT – patient records.
 Work with Nursing and doctors to provide ‘care coordination’.
ï‚· Effective utilization of all communication and EPABX systems.
ï‚· Communicating about facilities, services offered along policy & prices.
ï‚· Prepare MIS reports using MS Excel.

Qualification:
ï‚· Graduate

Experience:
ï‚· 1-5 years; preferably with 2 years of service industry / healthcare industry
