The Role: 

The Salesforce Administrator will be responsible for supporting tactical day to day administration and operation of Salesforce related processes, user management and workflows.

Role and Responsibilities: 

  • The CRM Administrator will be responsible for supporting tactical day to day administration and operation of Salesforce related processes and workflows.
  • 2+ years’ experience supporting Salesforce Sales Cloud or Service Cloud in a Lightning enabled environment (or a combination of both)
  • Customisation of User Roles and Profiles to create Org Hierarchy chart within the Cloud system for ease of Performance management
  • Salesforce Development experience having worked on Configuration of Process Workflows and LWC components.
  • Experience in participating in release management processes using either traditional change sets or 3rd applications (Copado, Autorabit, Gearset, Blue Canvas, etc).
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting and problem solving skills.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Understanding of Agile, SCRUM methodology. Experience with Jira and Confluence is preferred.
  • Ability to manage and prioritize workload to meet deadlines.
  • Highly motivated with a strong desire to succeed and achieve goals, as well as the willingness and ability to continuously learn new skills and take on added responsibilities.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain Salesforce customization, applications, extensions, and integrations to meet the day-to-day needs of the business.
  • Good knowledge of Salesforce administrative task, mass updates, process flows, reporting, User management, role management, release updates, lightening flows etc.
  • Experience with Web API development and plugins.
  • Participate in storyboard and solution design sessions – recommend alternative approaches and best practices, define technical impact, and provide sizing estimates.

Mandatory Qualifications: 

  • Certified Salesforce Administrator with 1-4+ years experience with a stable position for more than 1.5 years.
  • Minimum 2 year experience with Salesforce Field Service including creating customizations, dashboards, adding 3rd party applications, and reporting.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead a cross-functional project. Salesforce implementation project lead experience desirable.
  • Demonstrated ability to capture business requirements and translate those requirements to technical/business solutions.
  • Able to collaborate, influence, and build consensus.
  • Knowledge of Web Services and REST API.
  • Experience with VS Code. Apex, Aura/ Lightning Web Components, Process Builder and VF flow.
  • Experience with Apex classes/triggers,Page layout by applying CS, Visual Force pages/components/emails, Lead capture forms, Third-party integrations, Lightning components, Secure partner portals (hands-on experience is critical)
