Software Engineering SMTS – Quality Engineer

Minimum Qualifications:

* 5+ years Experience with Selenium based automation and its ecosystem (TestNG/Junit, Maven/Gradle, Cross-browser test etc.)

* Familiarity with various testing methodologies, such as Test-Driven Development and/or Behavior-Driven Development

* Proficient in at least one of the common OO languages , including Python, Java, etc

* Experience in testing mobile/web/desktop applications on common platforms

* Experience with TDD and BDD

* Familiarity with Jenkins or Open Source CI/CD Frameworks

* Experience with JIRA/TestRail or any TCM tools

* Experience with Performance testing and automation

* Proficient in SOAP/Rest API testing and automation – Postman or any other tool

* Ability to mentor and develop junior team members

* Ability to learn quickly in a dynamic environment

* Ability to be a team player, motivate people, ensure accountability and achieve results

* Ability to effectively communicate status and risk to the team and manager

* Bachelors degree in Computer Science, related field, or relevant experience
